How to Use MEDCEU           

Step by Step Instructions:

To Get the Most out of the site, First Time Users should register and get their log-in and password for future use. Just go to the registration page by clicking here (or on  the R on the left navigation bar) and fill out your name, address and choose your own log-in name and password. There is no cost or obligation and it will only take you a minute.

Next Set-Up your Personal Professional Planner (PPP)

The PPP will  help you keep track of your contact hours on-line and off. It will also help you make sure that you take the right courses for any and all licenses you have.

In addition, the PPP will keep track and hold copies of all your certificates that you have received from MEDCEU. This way you can print a copy whenever you need one.

The PPP will be your best link to the courses available. Just click on a course that interests you and read the text. You can always print out the text if you prefer to keep for handy reference. It's that easy. After you have read the course work click on Take Test link. You will then have a number of multiple choice or true false questions on the material. The questions will appear all on  one page. Typically there are ten questions per test. Some tests may have more or fewer questions.

Your test will be graded immediately. When you have passed the test (80%) or greater score) you will be asked if you wish to receive credit. Click that link to receive credit.   If you do not pass feel free to take the same test over until you do pass.

After you have filled out the payment information your certificate will be generated and and may be printed from your browser immediately by you. You may view it immediately on line and print it directly from your web browser also. If you elect to mail in payment your certificate will be available to view on-line within 10 BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of payment. Please note that mail in payments  must be received  within 10 days of passing  the course.

So relax. Sit back in the comfort of your home office or wherever. Take a few minutes to set up your planner. Explore the courses available on-line. Take the stress out of continuing education with MEDCEU.

All fees are refundable prior to issuance of certificates when requested within 30 days of payment.

We will process your refund request as soon as possible.  Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS.  You may receive a call from our customer service representative if their are any difficulties.  They may ask for the last 4 digits of the credit card used.  Please, only provide the last 4 digits.  Thank you.
